Amazing service from there guys! They upgraded our system to a smart/connected one that didn't require any ongoing costs for me to monitor on my phone. They've since been back and fitted an extra sensor and helped us get the most from the app too. Cant recommend enough!

Ashley came to repair my alarm. Really nice guy. Needed a new battery which he replaced. Had to return as more worked required. He repaired a wire caught by previous builder and put right how the alarm was wired in the first place. He’s done a great job on an alarm I haven’t been able to use for a good 4 years. Cannot recommend SafeNet enough. First I spoke to Becky after a recommendation from a good friend , Becky was spot on & booked me in for a quote . My initial visit was from Dave who popped in to give me a quote was just so simple & straightforward, he listened to what I wanted rather than just trying to sell me everything and anything & he answered any questions I had, he explained everything clearly . Both Dave & Ashley installed our alarm today & both of them are such wonderful, knowledgeable professional people . I had 3 quotes in total from 3 seperate companies all for the exact same setup & Safenet were the most reasonable so for me this was a no brainer . Professionalism , Great price & a job well done .

I contacted Safenet Alarms having read the previous positive reviews. I had an alarm installed back in 2003 by a different company and it had developed a fault. Safenet diagnosed it within a couple of minutes of their arrival and repaired and Serviced the system for a very good price. They also sent me a copy of the User Manual that had not been supplied. I will definitely be using them again to service the system. Booking was easy and it was a fast and efficient service. Thank you.

Had a new wired alarm system fitted to my house 2 weeks ago. I want to thank SafeNet alarms for the excellent service that I received when my alarm system was installed on 7th February 2019.

The first contact was a visit to estimate the size and cost of the job.  This was carried out by Antony Ledger.  He was very professional and helpful and willingly answered the questions asked for clarification.  

The Alarm was installed on 7th February 2019.  Dave and Antony arrived at the agreed time and the installation straightaway.

There was a minor problem which was satisfactorily resolved.

At the end of the installation, full instructions were given on use of the system.

At all times the SafeNet team would quickly and methodically.  They ensured that any mess was cleared up before they left.

I've had the alarm extended, and they come out every year to service it, if you have their servicing contract, which is very reasonable.

They are friendly, efficient and extemely knowledgable.

We recently had a new alarm system fitted and we are very pleased with it. The service was efficient, reasonably priced and the fitters cleaned up afterwards, they had a pleasant manner and nothing was too much trouble. As there was a delay in them starting due to a large volume of work, they offered to temporary repair our old system so we had an alarm that worked in the interim, they carried this work out completely free and we were very obliged. We would definitely recommend this company.

After struggling to find someone to repair my make of alarm, I saw an advert in the active8 magazine, I thought I would give them a ring. To my surprise they did fix the alarm I have. The team arrived when promised and repaired and serviced my alarm. In reporting a fault on my alarm, the fault was promptly dealt with (including Christmas eve). Recommended
